ElevateHer: A 12-Week Women's Group Coaching Experience

Maybe you're not looking for a whole new life.

Maybe you just want to feel like an active participant in the one you're already living. More energy. Fewer decisions run past five other people first. A quieter mind. Boundaries you actually keep. Better sleep. A stronger sense of who you are underneath everyone else's expectations.

Time for what matters. The conversation you've been putting off. The decision. The idea you followed and then didn't.

And maybe there's something you keep saying you'll get to — when things settle down, when the kids are older, when work slows down, when you finally feel ready.

Life has a funny way of continuing to be life.

So let's stop waiting for the perfect season, and start with the one we're in.

Welcome to ElevateHer.

You don't need fixing. I'm not going to spend twelve weeks trying to convince you that you do.

This isn't about becoming a "new woman." It's about getting to know the woman you already are — what she needs, what she wants, what she's carrying, what she's outgrown, and what she's finally ready for.

Growth doesn't have to mean constantly hunting for what's wrong with you. Sometimes it just sounds like: I understand myself better. I trust myself. I can say no. I can rest. I can decide.

That's the work we're doing here.

What Is ElevateHer?

A 12-week women's group coaching program built around the parts of your life that quietly shape how you think, feel, choose, and show up every day.

ElevateHer 12-week women's group coaching curriculum covering mindset, self-trust, energy, boundaries, relationships and purpose

You'll get a new guided module every week. But this isn't twelve videos and a "good luck." We meet. We talk. We coach. We practice. We celebrate. We adjust. And then we take it into our actual lives.

Because your life isn't divided into neat boxes. Your mindset affects your sleep. Your sleep affects your energy. Your boundaries affect your relationships. Your self-trust affects your decisions — and your decisions shape where your life goes next.

It's all connected. So that's how we'll work — not twelve unrelated problems to fix, but one woman learning to understand, care for, trust, and lead herself forward.

ElevateHer 12-week women's group coaching curriculum covering mindset, self-trust, energy, boundaries

I don't want you to just learn something.

I want you to do something.

Information isn't hard to find anymore. You can Google almost anything, ask AI, buy another book, save another post. Knowing usually isn't the problem — living what we know is where things get interesting.

That's why every week inside ElevateHer includes an invitation to make a real-life move: set the boundary, turn the phone off, schedule the appointment, ask for support, have the conversation, start, stop, go.

You don't build self-trust by reading about self-trust. You build it by giving yourself evidence: I said I would, and I did.

Live Coaching

Welcome to the ElevateHer Room.

This is where the program becomes personal. Once a week, our small group meets virtually for live coaching with me. No second lecture. No sitting silently while I read slides at you.

Bring what's happening. Maybe you tried to set the boundary and immediately felt guilty. Maybe you've been sleeping terribly. Maybe you made the decision and now you're second-guessing everything. Bring it — we'll coach through it live.

Some weeks you'll be the woman being coached. Other weeks you'll hear another woman ask the exact question you didn't know how to put into words. That's one of the beautiful things about group coaching — we learn from our own lives, and from witnessing each other's.

In HER Words

What it's like to be coached by Gloria.

“I stopped second-guessing every decision.”
I came in thinking I needed to completely change my life. What I actually needed was to trust myself again. I’m setting boundaries without explaining myself for ten minutes, making decisions faster, and finally following through on things I’ve been talking about doing for years.

Lauren M.

“This wasn’t just something I watched. I actually changed things.”
The biggest difference was taking what I was learning and using it in my real life. I changed how I protect my time, started taking my sleep seriously, had a conversation I’d been avoiding, and finally took action on a goal that kept getting pushed aside.

Danielle R.

“I feel more like myself, but also clearer about who I’m becoming.”
I didn’t need another program telling me everything that was wrong with me. I needed space to figure out what I wanted, support to work through what was getting in the way, and the accountability to actually move. I’m leaving with more confidence, more energy, and a much clearer sense of what comes next.

Maybe you're wondering...

"Is my life really bad enough to need coaching?"

I hope not, and it doesn't need to be. Coaching isn't reserved for crisis. Sometimes you seek it out because things are going pretty well and you're ready to get intentional about what happens next.

"What if I don't know exactly what I want?"

Welcome. You don't need a five-year plan to arrive with. We'll spend time figuring out what matters to you now — curiosity is enough to begin.

"What if everyone else has bigger goals than me?"

There are no prizes for the most impressive goal. One woman's next step might be launching a company. Another's might be sleeping seven hours a night. Your life, your season, your goal.

"Is this therapy?"

No. ElevateHer is a coaching and personal-growth program. We discuss mindset, stress, nervous-system awareness, sleep, boundaries, well-being, relationships and personal development through education, coaching and practical tools. ElevateHer does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or individualized mental-health care.

"Do I need to own a business?"

Not at all. This isn't a business coaching program. Women bring goals related to family, career, health, relationships, creativity, education, finances, travel, or something entirely their own.

"What if I miss a live session?"

Life happens. If you miss the live session, you still have access to the portal, and you can hop on the next live. The live sessions are not mandatory, but are a part of the program and encouraged.

Why only 20 women?

Because I don't want to build another program where I don't know who's in the room. I want to know your name, what you're working toward, and what keeps coming up for you. I want to celebrate when you finally do the thing you've been talking about since Week 2.

And I want you to have the chance to know the women you're moving alongside, too. Twenty feels right — big enough for diverse conversation, small enough to still feel like a room.

Dr. Gloria Young, D.C.Ed.

Educator · Author · Holistic Counselor · Coach

I could give you the polished professional bio — and yes, I've spent years studying coaching, mindset, hypnotherapy, wellness and human behavior. I've earned degrees and certifications, taught students, coached clients, written books, built businesses.

But none of that exempts me from being human. I've overthought. Overcommitted. Changed my mind. Started over. I've raised a family while building things I cared about, gone back to school as an adult, and followed ideas other people didn't always understand.

My job inside ElevateHer isn't to hand you my blueprint for life — I don't have one that fits you. I'm here to ask good questions, teach what I know, challenge patterns, and sometimes ask the question you may not want me to ask: okay, what are you going to do about it?

Because ultimately, this is your life. And I want you participating in it.

September 26 → December 19

There's something I love about the timing of our first virtual ElevateHer group: we aren't waiting for January. We aren't waiting for "new year, new you."

You don't need a new you. And you don't need January 1st to give you permission to begin. We have twelve weeks.

Imagine entering 2027 already in motion.
